Job Description:
A Customer Service Associate/Room Runner is responsible for general admin tasks and the quality of customer service at Locked Manhattan. Our Customer Service Associates/Room Runner is proud to represent Locked Manhattan and get great satisfaction from seeing customers thrilled by their experience with us.
Requirements:
Familiar with customer service principles and practices—we treat each individual customer with dignity and personally value each of them
Detail orientation and high level of focus
Humility, teach-ability and the ability to handle constructive criticism with maturity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal well with change
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead groups of 2-20 people
Commitment to learning and growing in core skill sets
Flexible availability. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
High School Diploma/GED
